You provide the introduction, and if it leads to a new business partnership, you receive a token of our gratitude in return. This way, not only does the client benefit from our top-notch management services, but you also reap rewards for making the connection. This is ideal for the agent that has no interest in property management, but needs a solid partner they can count on when their clients are in need. Your clients will get taken care of and you get paid for making the connection.

Referral Commission:

Hands-Off Partner

As our partner, you can seamlessly integrate and offer our services as an extension of your own, while we take care of all the legwork. You'll be rewarded with a commission on the fees we collect, forever. This allows you to enjoy a consistent revenue stream without the need for direct involvement. It's a perfect arrangement for an agent who prefers not to engage in property management, yet wishes to earn regular commissions from it.

Your Income Split:

Hands-On Partner

We manage the intricate details of leasing, rent collection, owner disbursements, tax reporting, and software, effectively taking care of the heavy lifting on the back end. While you're the "Boots on the Ground", doing the routine inspections, handling maintenance calls, and communicating with both tenants and property owners. Essentially, you're the face of our operations, while we ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Common Questions

How often do you pay out referral fees or income splits?

If you are a "Referring Partner" we pay that as soon as we collect our first commission check from the client. If you are a "Hands-Off Partner" or "Hands-On Partner", we pay out referral commission once per quarter. You will be able to track your commission in our affiliate manager portal once you sign up.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes and No. If you are a "Referring Partner or a "Hands-Off Partner", there is no contract required. If you are a "Hands-On Partner", we do have a contractor agreement that you must sign. We can review it in more detail on a phone call if you click the button below and schedule one!

Is this even legal?

Yes! The state of Idaho is one of a few states that does not directly regulate property management. This means you can partner with us without effecting any of your current real estate sales offerings. No broker involvement is required.

Can I keep selling real estate?

Yes! And we have no intentions of taking or robbing you of that business. We do one thing and thats property management. All sales and buys will be referred directly to the corresponding partner. Also, the state does not directly regulate property management, so there are no issues with you maintaining your sales person status with your brokerage and partnering with us for the management portion.
